We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver/Labourer for a long-term position in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving and won't be scared of some heavy-duty physical labour.
The Role:
As a class 2 Driver/Labourer, you will be expected to safely operate Class 2 vehicles to transport materials and equipment to various sites around Christchurch. You will assist with loading and unloading of scaffolding materials and other construction supplies.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
Skills and Qualifications:
With long term and ongoing work, our client is looking for someone to step into this position and make it their own. They have a large amount of long term work available and could be made permanent for the right candidate.

- Valid Class 2 driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to handle demanding tasks.
- Scaffolding background is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
