Class 5 Logistics Yard Person

Yardperson ‘Shuttler’ responsible for the flow of incoming and outgoing of the delivery trucks. Your primary role is to coordinate with dispatch teams to plan distribution to the most efficient standards possible. This involves moving large Class 5 truck and trailer units.

You will
• Load and unloading cargo using pallet jacks, trollies, etc.
• Hold a full Class 5 License
• Have confidence and good skills reversing trucks
• A clean driving record
• have experience dealing with customers
• Forklift certificate (OSH) is an advantage
• A good level of fitness for repeated entry and exit of trucks
• Be able to maintain a clean and tidy yard at all times
• Maintaining high standards of documentation and process
