Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager
* Assist in the design of projects to meet the standards and approved budget
* Responsible for the coordination and communication with all external and internal parties
Minimum Requirements:
Carpentry Trade Building qualifications.
*Competent computer skills necessary to document and control capital projects, including critical path analysis, and general office administration software (word, excel, email, etc.).
*Minimum 10 years experience on New Zealand building sites.
* 5 yrs. experience in a supervisory role on a New Zealand building site
* Experience in ddirect control of a project budget of not less than $2.5M
