A progressive and innovative software solutions consultancy who has an impressive customer portfolio within NZ as well as abroad. This business prides itself on providing a high level of bespoke software solution from discovery to end delivery.

The role
Reporting to the senior leadership team you will provide a high level of customised client delivery to a broad range of clients – ideally within the local Auckland region with the ability to partner with other client delivery directors across the global.

You will ideally have proven local success providing an exceptional level of IT delivery and leadership within a large scale consultancy business.

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ people management and leadership experience within the IT industry.
• 5+ years’ experience working within anenterprise level consultancy and services business is essential.
• 5+ years IT Delivery Management with a core focus on providing a high level of customised software design solutions.
• Proven business development and sales revenue growth expertise with the ability to partner with sales specialists at a strategic level.
• Experience implementing on strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
• You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management influencing capabilities
• Have a strong advisory and collaboration capabilities with a broad range of stakeholders – internal and external.
• Experience in the delivery of services in a vendor environment.
• An in-depth understanding of project management practices.
• Relevant industry qualification e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP.
• In-depth experience working within an Agile or Scrum model of delivery.

All candidates must be currently based in Auckland with full NZ working rights (NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
