This could be for you;
Join a commercial business that successfully supports their business clients in both operations and financial services. In an office of 100 +, your role is to;
- Assist existing business contacts with quotes and queries
- Support Account Managers and BDMs with sales reporting and administration
- Provide guidance on products and services to meet client requirements
- Continuously update client relationship management database and online functions
- Prioritise requests and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate and partner with other departments to ensure the client experience is amazing.
