About the Role

As the Clinical Coordinator for Dental and Oral Health Therapists, you will play a key role in managing clinical operations and resources whilst collaborating with the team to promote clinical excellence. This role allows you to leverage your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance oral health outcomes for children.

About the Team/Service/ Location

We are a dedicated team of dental professionals committed to improving oral health throughout Taranaki. Working in community clinics and mobile dental units, our team of Dental and Oral Health Therapists, Dental Assistants, Administrators, Health Promoter and Kaiawhina provide high quality oral health care and education to communities. Our collaborative approach allows us to support one another whilst delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, promoting good oral health for all, for life!

About you

Are you a Dental or Oral Health Therapist with at least 3 years clinical experience delivering quality dental care?

Have you demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to think strategically?

Ideally you will have:

  • Current Registration and Annual Practising Certificate with the NZ Dental Council;
  • At least 3 years clinical experience with up-to-date clinical skills;
  • Be committed to high standards of dental care and oral health education;
  • Be adaptable, flexible and reliable and an ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A current full drivers licence.
