About the Role:

Are you passionate about advancing Critical Care nursing excellence through education and practice development? Rotorua Hospital's Critical Care Unit is looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of nursing practice.

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices aligned with policies, scopes of practice, and national standards.
• Act as a mentor and role model, demonstrating clinical expertise and leadership.
• Provide education, coaching, and constructive feedback to nurses, healthcare assistants, and support teams.
• Collaborate with senior nursing staff and academic providers to design and deliver innovative learning programs.
• Support professional development initiatives, including new graduate and Health Care Assistant programs.

Salary range
$114,025 to $121,444 pro-rated to hours worked
