- Permanent, part time 0.9FTE with 56 hours per fortnight working in Paediatric Outpatients (0.7 FTE) & 16 hours per fortnight in Child Development Service (0.2 FTE)

Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki ēnei mahi (About these positions)
We
are looking for a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with passion and experience in
delivering dietetic care to tamariki. In this role you will cater to tamariki requiring
secondary care services for a wide variety of conditions independently and
within MDT. You will need to be family centred and be and effective team member
working with complex clients that have multiple disciplines working with the
child/family/whanau.
The
working hour for this position is between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The full-time equivalent salary range for this position is $88,627 to $107,600 based
on the PSA Allied Public Health and Technical MECA, dependent on skills and
experience.
Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?)
You
will be a NZ Registered Dietitian with a current Annual Practising Certificate
and will have at least three years of previous comprehensive hospital based clinical
or generalist experience. Experience in paediatrics is highly desirable, and a Dietitian
Prescriber endorsement is essential.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NZ or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.

This role offers a wide variety of practice across paediatrics including allergy management, faultering growth, restricted eating and eating disorders. Every day is different and challenging. It - s easy to build working relationships with the MDT and the dietetic department is friendly and supportive.
