Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role

We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Collections Associate to collect overdue levies and claimant debt owed to ACC. The successful candidate will work between the two debt portfolios, (levy and client) on an ongoing basis. As an Associate you will also provide support and training to new team members and deliver refresher training when needed.

This is a permanent role, based in Wellington.

The hours of work for this role are 40 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6pm.

The indicative salary range for the role is between $61,766k - $68,629k with appointment dependent on skills and experience. ACC also offers a generous 9% superannuation contribution. The hours are 40 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6pm.
