Commercial Asset Manager (Fixed-term contract, Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week)

In this 20-hour-per-weekrole, you’ll play a key role in managing a diverse property portfolio, overseeing daily operations, building strong tenant relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our commercial real estate assets.

Responsibilities
- Financial Performance & Analysis: Oversee financial performance, monitor budgets, analyse rent rolls, and implement cost-control strategies to maximise asset value.
- Tenant Relationships & Leasing: Manage and nurture tenant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and promoting retention. Lead leasing strategies to attract tenants and negotiate lease terms in line with property objectives.
- Operations & Maintenance: Ensure properties are maintained to high standards. Coordinate with property managers to handle repairs, schedule upgrades, and uphold compliance.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Maintain regulatory compliance, manage health and safety standards, and proactively mitigate risks related to property operations and market changes.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, acting as a liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment with asset goals.
About you:
- 4+ years in commercial property management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and self-management
