The Intelligence Community Shared Services (ICSS) support the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) | Te Tira Tiaki and the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) | Te Pā Whakamarumaru in the achievement of individual and joint agency strategic and operational outcomes.

This role sits within Commercial Services which is responsible for facilitating high quality commercial management, procurement and supply solutions for the community. You will work within a dedicated team providing advice and delivering commercial solutions with varying levels of complexity. The team works in a supportive and collaborative manner.
Who we're looking for
In this role you will:
- provide advice and support for the delivery of projects and activities from planning to contract management;
- understand ICT and the ICT market;
- work constructively and proactively with suppliers and partners;
- possess the interpersonal skills to develop effective and trusted relationships with suppliers, internal clients and team members;
- be keen to build your skills in commercial management and to learn best practice approaches to commercial management
Before you apply
Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.
You must:
- Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years
OR
Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years
- Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
- Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15 year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
