The Role:
The Commissioning Manager is responsible for overseeing the commissioning phase of large-scale international solar EPC Projects. The role involves ensuring that all systems, including electrical, mechanical, and civil components, are installed, tested, and commissioned according to specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The Commissioning Manager will also lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful handover of the projects to the client.

The Role:
The Commissioning Manager is responsible for overseeing the commissioning phase of large-scale international solar EPC Projects. The role involves ensuring that all systems, including electrical, mechanical, and civil components, are installed, tested, and commissioned according to specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. The Commissioning Manager will also lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful handover of the projects to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage commissioning activities for large-scale solar projects.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians during commissioning phases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for testing and integration.
- Oversee FAT, SAT, and performance testing to verify system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve commissioning challenges.
- Prepare reports and hand over fully documented systems to clients.
- Maintain client communication and provide regular progress updates.
- Promote continuous improvement of commissioning processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with min. of 12 years of experience for the Renewables / Solar project. Will be deputed to the international project sites.
- Proven experience experience Renewables / Solar / Wind experience. International exposure would be preferred.
