They are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Communications Assistant to join their busy Marketing and Communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity for junior Communications professional eager to gain real-world experience in a supportive and vibrant environment.
About the Role:
This part time, fixed term role will provide crucial administrative support to the fast-paced team and reports into the experienced Communications Manager. You will be involved in various tasks while getting the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, giving you exposure to communications and marketing operations within a close-knit organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Organise meetings, prepare agendas, manage team correspondence, and assist with vendor coordination. Keep communication documents accessible and handle invoice coding and expense tracking.
- Content and Communications: Assist with routine internal and external communication tasks, maintain calendars, and help with content uploads.
- Event Coordination: Support the team with event planning and coordination.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team passionate about your development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone flexible, proactive, and excited to learn.
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to handle routine, hands-on tasks as you gain experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with tools like Jira, Miro Canva, InDesign, Photoshop or content management systems a plus.
