Te tūranga - The role and your impact
The Compliance Adviser contributes to the ongoing uplift of our Compliance function.

This is a role where you will be involved in a variety work across Te Pūtea Matua at all levels. You will be supporting the wider Compliance Team to deliver recommendations, support and solutions to meet compliance requirements and business needs. You'll also get to work on some stimulating projects from time to time.

Ō pūkenga - About you
We're looking for someone who is looking to grow their career in compliance with a desire to get involved and learn and be team focused.

You'll also be the kind of person who has a positive mindset towards engaging stakeholders and delivering innovative solutions and recommendations.

If you have:

  • Some experience in compliance or compliance focus role in the finance or public sector
  • Ability to balance a variety of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to gain a robust understanding of the organisation and its functions
  • Proven ability building strong and productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience providing policy-based support and advice
