About the Role
As a physician at Gisborne, Hospital, you will collaborate closely with junior medical staff and critical
care specialists, ensuring a stimulating mix of acute ward work and outpatient care. Our emphasis
on teamwork fosters an environment where you will never feel isolated, and where sharing the
knowledge and expertise is encouraged and celebrated.
Highlights of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Regular use of Point-Of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS)
- Opportunities for teaching and mentorship in humanities and clinical practice
- Balanced workload with 40-hour weeks and manageable on-call duties
- Typical workday from 8am to 4pm, leaving ample time for leisure and family activities
- A generous annual leave of 6-weeks, CME 2-weeks with a 16K stipend, a matching retirement

About you
Additionally, please enquire if you are:
