Are you a skilled Programme Manager with a knack for delivering complex projects? We’re seeking a proactive professional to lead the successful implementation of a critical project across three nationwide sites. This is a six-month contract role, based in the heart of Auckland City, offering an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of the implementation project across three nationwide sites.
  • Ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to align project objectives and maintain communication throughout the programme.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Background:
  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, ideally with implementation project expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple sites is highly desirable.
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to a six-month contract.
