What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate daily freight and logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to manage stock movements
  • Prepare and process export/import documentation
  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and shipping schedules
  • Provide administrative support to logistics and compliance teams
  • Respond to inquiries related to freight, deliveries, and stock availability
  • Assist in general office administration tasks as needed
