Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/What you'll do
A Courts Registry Officer is critical to the successful daily operation of the district court.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Facilitating the smooth delivery of court hearings through Court Taking, which includes announcing the Judge's entry into court (in English and Te Reo Māori), calling cases and general administration of the court.
• Ensure court participants matters progress in a timely manner through the court system with pro-active Case Management.
• You will provide high quality Customer Service to all members of our community “kanohi ki te kanohi” (face to face), over the phone, email, or at our public counter.

Salary Range per annum: $58,729 to $80,794. Starting salary of the successful candidate will be based on their skills and experience relevant to the role.
