Our client provides confidential and professional services to clients, comprising of credit management, debt collection, and advice on debt collection or disputes.  This enables their clients to focus on the development of their own business and not spend their time chasing outstanding monies.  The team is vibrant, fun and passionate about delivering solutions.

The Role:
  
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring debtors fall within their scope of terms and conditions.  You will maintain regular phone contact and build exceptional relationships to ensure payment is received, maximising cash flow for each of your clients.
  
Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the accounts receivable collection process and chase outstanding debt with your exceptional telephone manner
  • Build and nurture relationships that enable true customer-centric partnerships with clients and their customers
  • Generate monthly reconciliations or accounts receivable reports
  • Inspire a collaborative approach within the team
  • Be committed to a fun and inclusive workplace  

Skills and Experience:  

  • Experience with high volume accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero or MYOB (or a similar accounting system) is essential
  • Commercially astute with strong verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Focus on continuous improvement and finding solutions
  • Team player, enthusiastic and fun to work with
