Our customer is a global pharmaceutical company providing treatment for people and animals with more than a century in the market. This position is related to the animal division which is a leader in veterinary medicine dedicated to the health and well-being of animals to make a positive difference in animal care and the world’s food supply. The company has a high sense of responsibility towards our customers, consumers, animals, society, and our planet.
Currently, we are looking to attract a talented Customer Effectiveness Analyst aka ‘CRM Data Steward’, who provides support to the ANZ Team across a range of different functions including User adoption, Data Management and Helpdesk support for customers across the region, using CRM, connected applications and Business Insight Tools (Spotfire).
