Role Overview:
In this key position, you will be the first point of contact for parents exploring our Centre options for their children. Your goal will be to manage inquiries, build meaningful relationships, organise Centre Tours, positively driving enrolments and increasing occupancy across the Centres. Your communication and organisational skills will be vital to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to parent inquiries via phone and online, ensuring timely and exceptional service.
- Arrange and coordinate Centre Tours, keeping parents and Centres informed and engaged.
- Post tour check ins to get feedback on their experience
- Identify trends and opportunities from parent feedback to enhance enrolment conversion and retention.
- Work closely with Centre Managers to ensure a seamless experience for parents.
About You:
- You have experience in a customer service role, particularly phone-based, with a focus on building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- You are a warm, kind and articulate communicator who can connect with families quickly and effectively. You are able to bring a bit of personality and not sound scripted!
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
- You are organised, detail-oriented and care about the small stuff - for example correct spelling of names.
- Adaptable with change - as they are going through a potential CRM change
