Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to ensure their service providers, franchisees, and their teams adhere to policies and procedures. This role will focus on managing contract performance, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Maintain regular contact with clients via calls and visits.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure Paramount standards are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage business growth.
- Franchisee Support:
- Support franchisees through regular communication and visits.
- Help franchisees identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with audits.
- Operational Performance:
- Monitor contracts to ensure financial and operational targets are met.
- Ensure Paramount property and security procedures are maintained.
- Team Collaboration:
- Keep the team informed of client and franchisee updates.
- Provide training to ensure high performance.
- Sales Growth & New Business:
- Foster relationships to promote sales and business growth.
- Assist in recruiting new franchisees and respond to client quotations.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to H&S policies and ensure regular audits and site inductions.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Industry experience with a focus on quotations.
- Experience in training and development.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance.
