Job Description

Our clients based throughout South Auckland will be seeking experienced Customer Service Administrators for upcoming roles.

Location - South Auckland, New Zealand

Pay Rates - $23.15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience

Duties

  • Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Filing paperwork
  • General administration tasks

Days and Hours

  • Days - These will vary from Monday to Friday, Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday
  • Hours - Different shifts may be available. (Days, Afternoons or Nights)

Skills and Experience

  • Great time management
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Friendly phone manner
  • Great oral and written vocabulary

Successful Applicants must

  • Pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Return a clean criminal background check
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment
