Job Description
Our clients based throughout South Auckland will be seeking experienced Customer Service Administrators for upcoming roles.
Location - South Auckland, New Zealand
Pay Rates - $23.15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience
Duties
- Inbound & Outbound calls
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Filing paperwork
- General administration tasks
Days and Hours
- Days - These will vary from Monday to Friday, Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours - Different shifts may be available. (Days, Afternoons or Nights)
Skills and Experience
- Great time management
- Microsoft Office experience
- Friendly phone manner
- Great oral and written vocabulary
Successful Applicants must
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Return a clean criminal background check
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment
