About the role | Mō te tūnga
As an Insurance Consultant – Sales, their sales approach focuses on providing customers with the right information and asking the right questions, helping them make informed decisions on how to best protect themselves and their loved ones.
  • Engage with customers to provide information to assist in their decision-making process
  • Ensure conversations meet quality and compliance standards
  • Keep up-to-date with products, services, and promotions
  • Balance productivity with high-quality calls in a fast-paced environment
This position is perfect for people who thrive in a goal-orientated environment, enjoy having engaging, purposeful conversations, and love to be constantly learning.
  • Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Contact centre hours: 8am – 7pm, work a set shift within this period
