Possessing over 20yrs of experience in manufacturing and assembling machine-made and hand-made chains for leading retail, wholesale, and manufacturing customers.
About the Role
This role is a mix of customer service and sales. The sales portion of the role is largely counter sales with intake of scrap or recycle, and sale of material which requires high levels of attention, accuracy, and process. Other sales activity is around bullion sales and having knowledge of unique offerings, some account management, and being able to share options.
Customer service side is sales support, orders, customer queries, phone, email, complaints, and building strong professional relationships.

Who you are:
- Preferably you will have experience in a similar role or an interest in precious metals
- Bullion interest, knowledge, or experience
- Excellent and professional customer service and sales manner
- Excellent and professional communication skills written and verbal
- Organized, process driven, and with a high attention to detail
- Flexible to work within the team, confident to handle tasks on your own
- Customer focused
