About the Company:

About the Role:
This role will sit within the Customer Service team, looking after valued European customer accounts, mostly within imports a. This will be a maternity leave cover contract for 13 months.

What You’ll Need:

  • Freight Forwarding Know-How – You’ve worked in customer service, sales support, or import operations and understand how to manage shipments.
  • Shipping Line Allocation Expertise – You know how to track and optimise freight space for cost-effective shipping.
  • CargoWise Skills – Experience using the Order Manager module and a strong understanding of client rates and quoting.
