Are you looking to secure a position in the New Year? We have a great role on
for an experienced customer service professional looking to step into a role and make a real difference. This a temporary position starting in January 2025 and will go up until the end of February 2025.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Administration Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our customer service and administration team while delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
This role is hands-on, requiring someone who can balance team leadership with direct involvement in customer service and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer queries and orders over the phone.
- Process orders, credit notes, and manage pricing verifications.
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams on quotes and customer requests.
- Support the customer service team to drive productivity.
- Handle export processing, shipping documentation, and internal team coordination.
- Oversee reception and general office management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a calm, dependable professional with:
- 3–8 years of leadership experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be confident on the phone and have great phone manner.
- Problem-solving expertise and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (BPCS or similar is a bonus).
