The Role
As the Data Architect your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop robust data architectures, ensuring the accuracy, security, and usability of data solutions.
- Seamlessly integrate business processes and systems, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
- Design, develop, and oversee self-service tools, data models, and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, establish architectural standards, and optimize data flows.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and optimization across all platforms and departments.
- Evaluate new technologies and data-driven strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the data revolution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices in data management.
- Provide mentorship and guidance on best practices.
To be a success in the role you will ideally have:
- Extensive data engineering experience
- Data architecture and design experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data solutions.
- Proficiency with database technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with data modeling tools, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
