This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new challenge and provide administrative support across Te Putea Matua.
Ō pūkenga - About you
We're looking for someone who has experience as a team administrator, PA or office management. Is a team player who can provide administrative support and services for the Department Directors, their managers and their teams, including diary management, office management, travel and all other administrative activities as required.
You'll also need excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Te tūranga - The role and your impact
At the Reserve Bank, our people are driven to make a difference. Working alongside them, you can make a big impact. The Department Coordinator contributes to the day-to-day coordination of the Information, Data and Analytics Directors and Managers
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Diary management and communication monitoring for KIM and DSA Directors.
- Arrange agendas and act as secretary/note taker for directorate meetings.
- Organise and event manage external and internal workshops, meetings and functions for the Directorates. Including managing venues, quotes, budgets, invitations, RSVPs, run sheets and set up.
- Work with Group EA to co-ordinate, prepare and monitor the Directorate budget and financial reporting requirements.

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $70 756.80 to $ 76 653.20 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
