Desktop Engineer - Contract

What's on offer?

2-month full-time position, running until mid-December, with potential for an extension.

This role is with an MSP, supporting their key clients. You'll be based in Albany with client sites across Auckland. This is an on-site role, 5 days a week with approximately 80% of your time office-based and 20% on client sites.

Skills and experience required?

• 5+ years' experience in IT support
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, O365, MS Stack and Active Directory
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocol basics
• Proficiency in remote desktop support tools e.g. TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and basic repair of desktops, laptops, printers
• Own car and full NZ Driver License essential - business travel will be reimbursed
• MSP experience is preferred
