Due to internal movement, we have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Desktop Support Manager to join our Digital Workspace and Engineering Team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing Desktop Platform Engineers and overseeing the operational support and acting as the technical point of escalation for the Desktop Platform Engineering team.
This role is also responsible for supporting all devices within our Digital Workspace, it's applications and most importantly our Business Users providing both remote and onsite support.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

- 3 years of managing technical team within a technology business unit
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of'stakeholders
- Experience in providing coaching and support to Desktop Platform Engineers'
- Proven organisational skills with proven experience planning and implementing large scale technical'implementations,'changes'and support
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team performance
- Ability to drive innovation and adopt new ways of working
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Demonstrated ability to lead, and mentor others.
- Experience with Intune within large enterprise environments, as well as experience'with Application support and Application packaging tools.
- Significant experience supporting Windows 11,'Intune'and Office 365 at an enterprise level, with proven'experience leading or providing senior technical support and resolution.
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Mobile Operating Systems'
- Experience configuring and supporting Office 365 workloads such as OneDrive for Business and delivering'Office 365 solutions
Working at ACC:
The salary range for this role is $101,287 - $142,993 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
