Mō te tūnga | About the role
The Digital Solutions team partner with the business to build and support a range of key products through both BAU and project work. We are currently looking for a passionate Senior Analyst to join the team. In this role, you'll focus on designing, configuring, supporting, and analysing technology solutions that benefit a range of staff and business units within Corrections.
With an emphasis on support and analysis, you'll play a central role in enhancing and maintaining digital products. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll gain a deep understanding of their vision and requirements, allowing you to streamline business processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work with various platforms and tools, including ServiceNow, Oracle Application Express, web development, and Microsoft technologies, gaining valuable cross-platform experience.
Overall, this role offers a chance to be at the forefront of technological innovation, engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and collaborate on meaningful projects. Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
In addition to a solid grasp of the enterprise IT landscape, we're looking for candidates with:
- A robust knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- The ability to work in an agile team setting.
- Basic experience developing and supporting integrated applications.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Proven experience engaging with customers to understand and gather requirements.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $124,758 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $106,045 - $149,710 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
