Are you a seasoned Drainage Machine Operator with extensive experience in civil construction? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our client's team, where your expertise in drainage work will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drainage Machinery Operation: Expertly operate various drainage machines, including excavators and other specialized equipment. Your primary role will involve tasks such as excavation, installation, and maintenance of drainage systems.
• Technical Execution: Demonstrate your capability in handling complex drainage projects, working off datums, and taking RL's (Relative Levels) to ensure accuracy and project success.
• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors will be essential for project coordination.
• Versatility: Be prepared to adapt to different project needs, including assisting ground workers when required. Your versatility will be key in meeting the diverse demands of the role.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Drainage Experience: At least 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in civil drainage work. This experience should showcase your proficiency in handling drainage machinery and managing various aspects of drainage projects.
• Driver's License: A valid full driver's license is required for operating machinery and ensuring smooth transport.
• Reliability: Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Your commitment to delivering high-quality work will be crucial.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with your team and ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle various tasks and adapt to different project demands. Experience with a range of drainage systems and machinery is a plus.
