About the role

Our client is one of New Zealand’s most well-known automotive organisations who have multiple Driver Testing Officer positions available across Auckland and Hamilton. You will be assessing customers’ driving capabilities to ensure they are adhering to all road rules and regulations in line with the New Zealand road code. We are seeking resilient and adaptable people who display excellent customer service skills and have an ability to communicate with a range of people from different backgrounds.

Skills and experience

• A clean full NZ drivers’ license, held for at least two years
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Exceptional customer service
• The ability to maintain and follow best practice and procedures
• Must drive both manual and automatic
