Duty Manager

The Recruitment Network is offering a variety of casual and ongoing casual / relief Duty Manager roles in Rotorua areas!

• Position: Casual Duty Manager
• Location: Rotorua and/or wider Bay of Plenty area.
• Can work: as relief sometimes at short notice

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe environment for both patrons and staff, manage security risks, and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Manage conflicts, resolving issues in a peaceful and respectful manner.
• Ensure all staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol and monitor patrons to prevent over-intoxication.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current NZ Duty Manager Certificate and LCQ
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Must be available to work.
