About the role:

Dynamics 365 Administrator is responsible for administering and monitoring
our Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management environment,
and Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, including managing integrations,  configuration and workflows. 

You will work closely with the application owners, users and business owners to ensure CRM and BC are meeting business requirements. Identify new opportunities to improve process and enrich information and data.

This role is 2 years fixed term position. 
 
To succeed in this role you have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a in a technology related environment managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and / or Business Central (on-premise and online)
  • Experience with Level 1 CRM support 
  • Project management and change management experience.
  • In-depth operational skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
  • A good understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or M365 is a plus
