We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electronics Test Technician to join our team.
In this dynamic position, you will:
• Test, diagnose and repair PCBs to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor process yields and provide detailed reports to Team Leaders
• Investigate root-cause issues and report systematic failures
• Control faulty module repairs to meet shipment requirements
• Collaborate with our R&D team to identify and resolve faults
• Read and interpret schematics with precision
What We’re Looking For:
• A formal qualification in electronics (equal to or exceeding trade level)
• Prior test experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in RF and/or telecommunications.
• Proven hands-on experience in electronics testing and repair.
• Advanced soldering capabilities
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a self-starter attitude.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels or the business.
• A positive, team-orientated attitude and the ability to contribute to a multicultural workplace.
