Engagement and Performance Managers (EPMs) work with a range of healthcare companies to ensure service providers meet the terms of their contracts and reduce unwarranted variation. Focussing on performance management, we work together with suppliers to resolve any issues and manage the relationship between ACC and health providers.
This is a permanent role in a team of 21 that can be based out of our Auckland offices.

To be successful in this role you'll demonstrate:
- Contract management and performance management experience, either in a health sector role or in addition to your health sector experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Commercial acumen
- Credibility in your engagement with senior leaders
- Problem solving, risk assessment, and issue management skills
- A strong awareness of ACC's purchasing and funding responsibilities in the NZ health system.
Working autonomously within a team that speaks with one voice for ACC, you will have flexibility with how you manage your calendar to meet certain performance deadlines, whilst also responding to emerging issues. You'll work in a highly engaged team that supports one another on the diverse subject matter that we deal with.

The base salary range for this role is $90,039 - $120,052 with appointment depending on skills and experience plus a generous 9% super contribution.
