We are seeking an experienced CloudOps Engineering Lead to join us and lead the team responsible for continuous delivery and improvement of infrastructure deployment across ACC's Azure, Oracle, and AWS Platforms.
This role is essential in managing and optimising our cloud infrastructure to ensure a seamless and secure digital environment for our organisation.
As the CloudOps Engineering Lead, you'll serve as the most senior technical escalation point for the team responsible for platform wide support, projects and P1/P2 incidents.
As this is a people leadership role, you'll be hands of with all aspects of people leadership such as leadership, guidance, coaching and support to your team members, as well as fostering team dynamics and cultivating a high-performing team culture.

Ko wai koe | About you
You'll have:
  • 5+ years' experience in leading and overseeing teams, ideally in a professional IT setting delivering solutions in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven knowledge of DevOps practices, tools and success factors
  • Sound understanding of architectural principles, technology patterns, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise environments
  • An agile mindset with commitment to continuous learning
  • You'll know all about Azure, Oracle, and AWS platforms (including Azure Compute, Azure networking, Azure Security and AKS) as well as Ansible, Terraform and GitHub
  • A solid customer focused mindset and be willing to engage and dig deep to solve their problems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • You're someone who wants to find innovative ways to empower our people to create, consume and communicate ACC information on any device, anywhere, anytime through a suite of Microsoft Office 365 productivity and collaboration tools securely and seamlessly.
Working at ACC:
The salary range for this role is $137,401 - $193,978 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.'
