Salary: NZNO Meca $69,934 - $83,349 based on skills and experience pro rata for part time
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse based in our Outpatient Department, this role will be predominately based in our Gynaecology Department. You will be joining our multi-disciplinary team working in a clinic environment. You will need to be able to readily build rapport with patients, clinicians and other staff to achieve quality outcomes for patients. Outpatients is people focused providing personalised high quality of care across the life span.
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Graduate who is looking for a long term commitment and is keen to develop their skills and knowledge. You will be supported by other health professionals working within the multi-disciplinary team.
Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
Outpatients covers elective outpatient appointments for a range of specialities including ENT, Eyes, Gynaecology, Surgical and Medical. This is a busy environment, where we all work together to ensure good outcomes for our patients.

As an excellent communicator, you will have a positive, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive approach that exudes confidence in people. Be team focused and have an adaptable approach to practice.
In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A passion for working in a clinic setting
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration or recent Enrolled Nurse Graduate
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary team
- A sensitive approach to individualising care
- Excellent cultural awareness and safety
- Resilience in a very busy environment
- Experience working in the New Zealand Health Care Setting
