We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our team to support the strategy, planning and execution of ACC's business objectives, in alignment with the new ACC Strategy Huakina Te Ra.

This is a key leadership position that involves working with stakeholders to define their strategic priorities, products, product roadmaps, and the necessary technologies to achieve ACC goals and objectives. The role provides a connection between strategy, planning, and execution across the enterprise and into the delivery of Solutions Architecture, ensuring strategies can be translated into actionable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Enterprise Architecture experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the business acumen to understand and address business needs. Experience in the ability to balance emergent design with intentional architecture across hybrid delivery models is essential. Proficiency in cloud platforms, data, integration, networking, security, and their role in enabling business platforms and applications is seen as a foundational aspect of this role.
What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within an Enterprise Architect role.
- Be able to support the development of the organization's Enterprise Architecture standards, target state architectures, and best practices that guide and influence architecture decisions across product portfolios and architecture domains
- Ability to support the maturity of the Enterprise Architecture practice through mentoring others and introducing/improving new/existing processes that improve the practice.
- Evidence in the use of critical softer skills of leadership, communication, creativity, negotiation, critical analysis and teamwork required for the role
- Strong strategic relationship management with business and technology leaders to understand business requirements and help them understand how technology and trade-offs influence strategy
- Navigates captures and prioritises market and environmental trends, business strategies and objectives, and identifies the business benefits of alternative strategies
- Ability to Interfaces across the ACC organisation acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for the future state of ACC.
Mō ACC | Working at ACC:'
The base salary range for this role is $164,705 to $232,525 with a starting salary within range depending on skills and experience of the successful applicant. ACC also offers an additional 9% superannuation. '
