Job Description
The role is primarily responsible for coordinating selecting, checking and delivering equipment to patients within the community. Supporting community agencies and out patients
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm
Must have
- Great customer service
- Physically fit
- Full clean class 1 licence
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience of working in a goods distribution/logistics environment
- An understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance
- A sound knowledge of manual handling and risk assessment for varying loads
- Teaching skills to explain the correct operation of equipment and for training nurse staff
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Numeracy skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
This work will run until the end of February
