About the role:
 
As the leader reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the daily operations of our organization. Your primary focus will be on fostering an environment that cultivates effective leadership across all facets of the business. Drawing from your extensive experience in management, you will skilfully mentor and empower your team, transforming them into high-performing individuals who thrive on collaboration and excellence.
 
With your deep industry insight, you will guide your team in navigating complex projects, ensuring that they not only prioritize tasks effectively but also proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Maintaining the highest standards of quality in our work will be a core objective under your leadership.
 
Additionally, you will take charge of overseeing budgets, leveraging your expertise to spot and capitalise on profitable opportunities that arise from various projects.

What’s required: 

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in the civil and excavation industry 
• Strong operational skills with a variety of machinery and equipment 
• A steadfast commitment to health and safety 
• Valuable experience in budgeting and forecasting 
• Proficient in using various computer software 
• Resilient in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
