Job Description
Our client is looking for a high-level Executive Administrator to join their team in a permanent capacity to assist with their busy office and boards.

Our client is committed to providing economic, social, and cultural outcomes for the community across multiple sectors, and is looking for an Executive Administrator to assist their busy and growing office with Board support, Human Resources, Health and Safety, and other ad hoc administrative tasks as necessary.
Key Duties In This Role Include:
- Assisting the senior management team with diary management
- Writing and editing reports on behalf of senior management
- Writing and preparing minutes, action lists, reports, and agendas for all three boards.
- Managing the ordering of office & kitchen supplies, including catering as needed
- Organising and filing documents, including scanning and filing correspondence
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, including managing incoming calls & actioning as appropriate
- Organising travel arrangements for the team as required
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required
- A high level of organisation and a proactive nature
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Exposure to the legal sector and accounting knowledge is desirable but not necessary
- A 'can do' attitude
