Job Description
A dynamic and values-driven organisation is seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support two of the senior leadership team. This is a part-time temporary role (25 hours per week for 4 months) with flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and organisational support. Acting as the right-hand person to the leadership team, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Organise and support Board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in project coordination and special initiatives.
- Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills.
