About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in contributing to the success of our client's business by offering top-tier support to their CFO, CPO, and potentially the CEO. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that the executives' time is aligned with key business priorities.

This temporary position, based in Auckland CBD, offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver rapid and efficient calendar management in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements, including setting up virtual meetings.
  • Manage procurement, expense approvals, employee data, reporting, and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Executive Assistant team and key business partners.
  • Keep the Executives proactively informed of developments across the business, ensuring they remain fully briefed.
About You
  • You bring exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks with various stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to quickly understand business priorities, ensuring that the Executives’ time is optimally managed.
  • Your communication skills are outstanding, allowing you to take initiative and build productive relationships with a diverse range of personalities and working styles.
  • You can make swift, on-the-spot decisions while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • You have previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
