Executive Assistant
Natural Hazard Commission - Toka Tū Ake
About the role | Mo te mahi
- Supporting the Chief Strategic Officer and the wider strategy team with administration
- Day-to- day administrative tasks include budgeting, invoicing, correspondence production, filing, travel requests

To be successful in this role you will require the following
- Experience of working in a similar role at Executive level
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage delivery of multiple and conflicting priorities
- Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other people related databases
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
