We're looking for someone who has significant experience as an EA in a support role to an executive level manager with multiple teams reporting to the manager.
Te tūranga - The role and your impact
The role requires personal leadership, initiative, drive, enthusiasm and willingness to work in a close-knit team environment where the team members support each other and work together to run the Group's administration needs efficiently and effectively.
As the Executive Assistant to AG/GM Information, Data & Analytics will be required to deliver results in the following areas:
- Manage the Assistant Governor/General Manager's diary including providing advice in regard to his/her daily activities, schedules and requirements.
- Ensure that they have the resources to carry out their duties and to meet their scheduled obligations.
- Oversee and support the Group's administrative requirements to ensure alignment to policy and practice, including on-boarding of new staff, performance and development timetables and other key Bank-wide requirements such as the travel policy, purchasing, IT security and visitor management.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the Group's budgeting and financial reporting requirements.
- Arrange international and domestic travel bookings and review travel expenditure.
- Provide confidential document processing service.

The anticipated appointment range for this role is $80 301.12 - $86 992.88 actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
