About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two executives who are based in Auckland and Wellington. This is an approximately 3-month temporary position.

In This Role You Will:

  • Provide confidential executive support, managing diaries, meetings, and correspondence for the General Counsel and Chief Regulatory Officer
  • Prepare and manage documents and presentations, including reports, meeting agendas, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and support Executive and Board meetings, including travel arrangements, catering, and logistics.
  • Manage cost centre budgets, expenses, and claims, ensuring compliance with internal processes

About You:
  • Prior Executive Assistance experience at C-suite and board level
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented 
  • Proactive nature and confident in your ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Readily available and can guarantee a commitment for at least 3-months
