About the role
Play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of executive and board activities by providing high-level support to the Executive Director, wider team, and Board. Coordinate governance activities, prepare reports, manage travel and invoicing, and provide essential administrative support to keep the organisation running smoothly.

Duties

  • Support with diary and meeting coordination
  • Prepare meeting agendas, board packs, and take minutes
  • Manage travel bookings, event coordination, invoicing, and reporting
  • Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met, including reporting deadlines
  • Assist with marketing and communications administration
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations

Skills & experience

  • Experience in administration and executive support (PA or EA experience preferred)
  • Board secretariat experience or exposure to governance processes is desirable
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels
  • Highly tech-savvy
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach
